We start with a 1:1 session with the leader – we discuss their Gallup talent profile and the context of the team’s work.
Then the team goes through the CliftonStrengths test, and each of its members gains individual insight into their talents – in the form of individual or group sessions. The whole thing ends with a team workshop.
We organize communication, learn to use differences, and translate talents into the practice of everyday cooperation.
