My Story
By day, I run a company in the construction equipment rental industry.
It’s a practical, fast-paced environment — decisions must be made quickly, and their impact is seen immediately.
That’s where I first began to see how much a leader’s way of working influences the entire team.
A few years ago, out of sheer curiosity, I took the CliftonStrengths assessment. The results were a turning point. Instead of focusing on what I needed to “fix”, I began to consciously build on what already worked best. That shift moved my focus — from control to trust.
Over time, I restructured the company to operate with more independence. I built a team whose talents complement each other, who work toward shared goals and clearly understand their roles. And that change enabled me to do something I once thought impossible.

I Created Space for Myself
I moved to Spain — not to escape the business, but because I created the space to work remotely, support other leaders and live in line with my values.
Today, I combine business management experience with strengths-based coaching. I work with leaders and managers who want to grow strategically, build effective collaboration and create a culture based on trust and understanding.
I believe good leadership doesn’t start with changing others. It starts with knowing yourself.
