How much does the Gallup test and feedback session cost?
The CliftonStrengths assessment is available in two versions:
– Top 5 talents + 90-minute feedback session: 335 EUR
– Full 34 talents + 2x 90-minute sessions: 445 EUR
You can take the test online, at any time, and in your native language.
You don’t need to buy the test separately — it’s included in my coaching packages.Do I need to take the Gallup test before we start working together?
No. We’ll decide together which version (Top 5 or Full 34) is best for you.
We can begin with the test and a single session, or jump into a more in-depth leadership coaching process.What should I know before taking the CliftonStrengths test?
The test requires no preparation or previous knowledge, but good conditions help ensure accurate results.
- Set aside 30–60 minutes of uninterrupted time
- The test cannot be paused or repeated
- Make sure you feel rested and focused
- Use a reliable device and internet connection
- Don’t try to “prepare” — the test measures natural preferences, not knowledge

Why should I discuss my results with a coach?
The CliftonStrengths report is a great starting point — but without context, it’s hard to apply it effectively.
During the session, I help you:
- Understand how your strengths influence your leadership style
- Identify areas that can support or weaken your team
- Find better ways to use your strengths in delegation, communication and decision-making
- Avoid common pitfalls (like confusing a talent with a skill)
What are coaching sessions like?
Each session is prepared individually — based on your full strengths profile and our previous conversations.
We meet online (60 or 90 minutes), and we set the pace and focus together.
Sometimes we’ll focus on team leadership; other times on personal reflection or strategic decisions.Are team workshops pre-designed?
No. Each workshop is fully customised.
First, I work with the leader to understand the context and challenges. Only then do we plan the team session.Usually, the process includes:
- Gallup tests for team members
- Individual coaching sessions
A group development and integration workshop
Which industries do you work with most often?
I most often work with leaders and managers from IT, pharma, education and academic sectors.
These include individuals focused on their own development, as well as teams supported by HR or Talent Development departments.
Is coaching available in English?
Yes — all services, including consultations, coaching and workshops, are available in English.
