It doesn’t measure your weaknesses. It doesn’t judge your competence. It shows you what you're naturally good at — and how to make the most of it, especially as a leader.

What does working with the Gallup Test look like?
1. Take the CliftonStrengths test online
We start with the test – either the Top 5 version or the full 34 talents. You’ll receive a personal report outlining your natural strengths.
2. One-to-one session to discuss your results (online)
We’ll explore your talents, how they interact, and how they influence your decisions, actions, and leadership style.
3. Translate your results into action
We work on how your strengths can support your growth as a leader. Together, we create practical ways to apply them — through habits, strategies, and everyday choices.
4. Continue through individual coaching or team work
You can continue developing through individual coaching or team sessions, with a focus on leadership and strengths-based collaboration.
