CliftonStrengths Test

Understand yourself as a leader.

The Gallup test helps you uncover what truly drives you.

You don’t need to change who you are to lead others more effectively. You simply need to start working in alignment with what truly makes you unique.

The Gallup Test (CliftonStrengths) is a tool that helps leaders understand their natural talents – and start using them more consciously in everyday leadership, communication, and decision-making.

What is the Gallup Test?

Also known as CliftonStrengths, the Gallup Test is one of the most recognised personal development tools in the world. It doesn’t measure your weaknesses. It doesn’t judge your competence. It shows you what you're naturally good at — and how to make the most of it, especially as a leader.

Developed by the Gallup Institute, the tool is based on decades of research into what makes people perform effectively, stay engaged, and act in alignment with who they are. The result? A model of 34 talents, reflecting natural ways of thinking, feeling, deciding, and taking action.

The Gallup Test supports people who:

01

Lead a team

and want to better understand their leadership style

02

Make many decisions

and want to be more intentional about how they approach them

03

Feel like they’re on autopilot

and want to reconnect with themselves

04

Want to grow

in a way that feels aligned — not by copying someone else’s version of success

What does working with the Gallup Test look like?

Awareness is only the first step. The next is applying your talents to everyday decisions.
